Her experience spans various backgrounds including corporate, education and private consulting. Blessing is a dynamic and effective corporate trainer who is able to communicate complex concepts in very simple, understandable terms. She trains and speaks on diverse range of business and career development topics ranging from client service to business growth, branding, leadership development, human resource development, soft skills development, mentoring, team building, management, entrepreneurship, women & youth empowerment etc.
As a business generalist, she is very passionate about helping people gain valuable insights into the world of business. She has worked with a wide range of small and medium scale businesses to develop skills and strategies that boost brand reputation and revenue. She has developed and facilitated several career and skills development workshops, CV & Mock interview clinics and seminars for students, graduates, entrepreneurs, and professionals. She is the Founder of Careerhubgh, a career and business coaching organization focused on providing career and business support services to help individuals make better career decisions towards achieving career growth and satisfaction. She is actively involved in individual and group coaching and has conducted over 100 career coaching sessions in various schools and organizations. Her training style is practical and experiential rather than theory.
She is also the Managing Editor & Consultant for Debonair Afrik, a Fashion Marketing & Events brand with the mission to change the face of fashion in Africa. She is the co-curator of Accra Mall’s Future Fashion Fund and also a board member for the PEC Project-Ghana. Blessing holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies and a Master’s in Business Administration. She is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner, Career counsellor and Project Management Professional. She is a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Practitioners and the Institute of Project Management Professionals.
