He holds first degree (Bsc) in Accounting & Finance from University of Education, Winneba. He is also an Accounting Technician from The Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. James is a Chartered Financial and Investment Analyst from Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst, Ghana and South Africa. He holds certificate from Institute of Certified Business Analysts & Consultants (ICBAC) as Certified Business Consultant (CBC) and Certified Global Business Analyst (CGBA).
He is a member of the following professional bodies; International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation as a Forensic Audit Investigator, Project Management Professionals, Ghana as (MCPFE), Certified Business Analyst & Consultants, Ghana (CBC) and (CGBA), Chartered Institute of Financial & Investment Analyst, Ghana (ACFIA) & (MCFIA) South Africa, The Institute of Internal Auditors, Ghana & Global and Accounting Technician Scheme of West African from The Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He had an intensive practical audit trainee with Parnel Kerr Foster PKF.
James has twenty-two years working experience in Accounting and Auditing at Quality Insurance Company Ltd as follows; Accounting for 15 years, Internal Auditing for 5 years and Credit Control for 2 years. James was the first employee of Quality Insurance Company Ltd from September 1996 to February, 2018 (22 years). He was the first to prepare the accounts of Quality Insurance Company Ltd for the registration of the company with the Registrar General in 1996. He was the Accountant at Advanced Business University College, He also worked at EPP Books Services as the Accounts Manager, He was the General Manager at Lucia Manufacturing Company, James was the Accounts Officer at Environmental Development Group Ltd, headmaster at Accra International Business College, Accounts Officer at Social Advance Institute. James was the first to introduce Business Course to Aveyime-Battor Secondary Technical.
James is the Chief Executive Officer of Cham Consult since 1994 and has 28 years working experience as a consultant in Internal Auditing and Accountancy services for many organizations both local and foreign among which are; Earlbeam Holding Company Ltd, TABCON Ltd, Greater Hope Academy, Family Trust International School, CJ Schools Ltd, Royal Priesthood Schools Ltd, Adnet Trading Company Ltd, Center for Human Development, Good Shepherd Home Ltd, Divine Word Missionaries Guest House- McCarthy-Hill, International Spouses Association of Ghana, Anglican Eye Clinic-Kumasi among others. James is a recruitment coordinator for Chartered Institute of Financial & Investment Analyst-Ghana and Client coordinator for GEM Partners- External Auditors. James is an Accounting, Payroll, Church and School software developer.
James was the one who developed Payroll software which Quality Insurance Company is using since 2009. He is also a Project Consultant at D-Justice Roofing Systems Ltd. James has been appointed as a Financial Consultant to the following companies; Prixim Ltd, Good Foundation International School. He is appointed as IT committee member of Institute of Project Management Professional, Ghana. James was appointed as a Financial Technical Consultant to Center for Excellent Training & Consultancy (CETraC Limited) which is professional development organization offering cutting-edged career-oriented trainings.
